  You've got to give the clinical pilates sessions a go at this place! I had tried everything to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my shoulders. An Osteo suggested I tried clinical pilates, I googled this place, trialed their sessions and didn't look back. The staff are experienced and friendly. They tailor each session to work towards meeting your goal, whether that's toning up, becoming stronger or fixing an injury. You are also given take home exercises on a print out (so you don't forget) so you can work on your injury while at home. Their prices are reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend clinical pilates at this physio to anyone! My injuries feel much better and I feel more educated on what exercises I need to continue to do.

  The clinic also sells very good books, e.g., on back strengthening. The web-page is excellent with lots of original and carefully prepared infos. This service is presented at reasonable prices.

  I've had fantastic results since starting clinical Pilates at Health Point Physiotherapy. Margarita provides a truly individual tailored program and keeps you on track. I would highly recommend the Pilates program at Health Point.

  With 38 I had a few minor injuries (knee, shoulders) which prevented me from pursuing/enjoying my favorite sports. At HealthPoint I was offered several methods - electricity, ultrasound, and exercises. What helped in the end, were the exercises. A very common problem is "muscle stiffness". Many other physio and massage providers, some of them pretty expensive, spent hours trying to soften my muscles and ligaments, half successful, but the result did not last. For the first time, in HealthPoint I was told how I can do it myself. The effect was like wonder - the body automatically changes postures and releases overload from the joints. Observing this, I was able to understand what happened and gradually change habits.

  I had high expectations of Margerita as I was referred to by a friend. I was told that she cured Plantar Fasciitis. She is truly a miracle worker and her techniques are forward thinking and modern. Thank you very much as I am now cured after 6 sessions. :-)
